SHIPPING + PRODUCTION


When will my order arrive?

Current production time is 7-14 business days depending on your items individual needs, starting from confirmation of your payment and order details to shipment of your order. This will not include Sundays or Holidays. We try to get orders out as fast as possible and likely your order will not take the full 14 days but during high volume times our handmade production is wider to accommodate so many personalized orders. Thank you for your patience.

Please contact us prior to your order to let us know of any rush or in hand by date needed. 



Domestic shipped Orders (USA)

Our standard shipping within the continental US is through USPS.  Upgraded shipping is available at checkout via USPS Priority or USPS Express..Most orders are shipped US First Class Mail 2-5 days unless upgrade to Priority Mail is added with your order. Tracking is always included and will be added once shipped and sent to you via email on your invoice.

International Orders

We ship to various countries across the world.  Please note that transit/shipping times can vary greatly for each province and country.  Packages are typically shipped within to 7-14 days, but can be held up at Customs, sometimes up to 4-6 weeks.  Please be aware of this risk. Unfortunately, Charlie & Crew has no control over transit times as the customs process varies from Country to Country.

Please Note: All import taxes, duties and related customs fees that may be charged once the package arrives at the destination country are the responsibility of the Purchaser/Customer and will not be covered by Charlie & Crew.  Please check with your local customs prior to ordering.  


ORDER ISSUE/LOST PACKAGE

Regretfully, we cannot hand deliver your package to you, nor do we have control over your package once it leaves our facility. Charlie & Crew is not responsible for items lost, stolen or misdirected by the postal service. HOWEVER, it is our goal for you to have an enjoyable ordering experience and receive your package safely. If you do experience an issue with your order, please email us to make us aware of it and we will do our best to help and resolve the issue. We want you to be happy with your order and we will do what we can to keep it that way!


USPS RETURNED ORDERS

In the event we receive an order back due to insufficient or incorrect address, the customer is responsible for the additional shipping fees to reship the order. We will be in contact with you once we receive it back in our possession. If we cannot get in contact with you within 7 days of receiving back to our facility a full refund will be issued and order cancelled.


RETURN POLICIES

BATH + BODY RETURN POLICY

All sales are final on our Bath products & candles due to the nature of the items. However, if your order is received damaged please contact us immediately so a claim with usps can be filed. 

We will need a photo of the entire order (packaging and items) as received to file a claim.

If your order is received wrong (wrong flavor or scent from ordered) please contact us by email (hello@charlieandcrew.com) so we may assist.

- Any requests for refund for any reason past 7DAYS of confirmation of delivery will not be accepted.


HOME FRAGRANCE  RETURN POLICY

All sales are final on our Home Fragrance  due to the nature of the items. However, if your order is received damaged please contact us immediately so a claim with usps can be filed. 

We will need a photo of the entire order (packaging and items) as received to file a claim.

If your order is received wrong (wrong scent from ordered) please contact us by email (hello@charlieandcrew.com) so we may assist.

- Any requests for refund for any reason past 7DAYS of confirmation of delivery will not be accepted.


JEWELRY RETURN POLICY

-If your order arrives damaged,  please contact us immediately so a claim with usps can be filed. We will need a photo of the entire order (packaging and items) to file a claim.

-For any other reason, We must be contacted by email  (hello@charlieandcrew.com) within 7 DAYS of confirmation USPS delivery and made notified of request of return. Once contacted from us, you will be asked to return the item packaged safely (Original packaging) back to our facility. Once we have the item we will issue a full refund(original receipt total from order) minus the shipping fees.

- Any requests for refund for any reason past 7DAYS of confirmation of delivery will not be accepted.

-Jewelry pieces that have been worn do not qualify for returns or exchanges. 

-Jewelry pieces that are custom made or personalized do not qualify for returns or exchanges.


HOME COLLECTION RETURN POLICY

-If your order arrives damaged,  please contact us immediately so a claim with usps can be filed. We will need a photo of the entire order (packaging and items) to file a claim.

-For any other reason, We must be contacted by email (hello@charlieandcrew.com) within 7 DAYS of confirmation USPS delivery and made notified of request of return. Once contacted from us, you will be asked to return the item packaged safely, preferably original box). Once we have the item we will issue a full refund(original receipt total from order) minus the shipping fees. 

- Any requests for refund for any reason past 7DAYS will not be accepted.
