Below you will find some basic information and Q&A to help your experience ordering with us go as expected.

PRODUCTION::
Current produciton time is 7 Business Days depending on your items individual needs, starting from confirmation of your payment and order details to shipment of your order. We try to get orders out as fast as possible and likely your order will not take 7 days but during high volume times our handmade production is wider to accommodate so many personalized orders. Thank you for your patience. As always, please contact us prior to order to let us know of any rush needed. You can also add our rush link with order.
++Our holiday and wedding busy seasons are Oct 1- Jan 1 & March 1 -July 1. If you order during this time please be advised of our potential up to 10 business day production unless rush added++
SHIPPING::
Most orders are shipped US First Class Mail 2-5 days unless upgrade to Priority is added with order. Tracking is always included and will be added once shipped.
ORDER ISSUE/LOST PACKAGE
Regretfully, we cannot hand deliver your package to you, nor do we have control over it once it leaves our shop. Charlie & Crew is not responsible for items lost, stolen or misdirected by the postal service. HOWEVER, if you experience an issue with your order, please make us aware of it and we will do our best to help and resolve the issue. We want you happy with your order and will do what we can to keep it that way!!
USPS RETURNED ORDERS
In the event we receive an order back due to insufficient or incorrect address, the customer is responsible for the additional shipping fees to reship the order.

WHOLESALE
Let us know if you are interested in selling Charlie & Crew items in your shop or ordering wholesale. We can send you special bulk pricing on the item you are interested in. Please be aware some of my items are one of a kind.
BATH & BODY
 None of the statements made here have been evaluated nor endorsed by the Federal Drug Administration. Items from my shop are not intended to cure, diagnose, treat, or prevent any ailment, condition or disease. If you have allergies, some products do contain certain ingredients which derive from nuts, so please read the ingredients list carefully to be sure. Also, if you are pregnant or nursing, please consult your physician before using any products containing essential oils. Please note that some essential oils, specifically citrus based ones, are photosensitive, so you should avoid bright sun exposure for 24 hours. All products are for external use only.
BATH & BODY RETURN POLICY
All sales are final on our Bath products & candles due to the nature of the items. However, if your order is received damaged please contact us immediately so a claim with usps can be filed. If your order is received wrong (wrong flavor or scent from ordered) please contact us so we may assist.
- Any requests for refund for any reason past 7DAYS of delivery will not be accepted.
JEWELRY RETURN POLICY
-If your order arrives damaged, a claim with USPS will be filed for the damages if insurances was included on order.
-For any other reason, We must be contacted within 7 DAYS of confirmation USPS delivery and made notified of request of return. Once contacted from us, you will be asked to return the item packaged safely, preferably original box, to me. Once we have the item we will issue a full refund(original receipt total from order) minus the shipping fees.
- Any requests for refund for any reason past 7DAYS will not be accepted.
